Literature Review: Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Efektif dalam Menghadapi Ketidakpastian Bisnis

Abstrak

Ketidakpastian bisnis yang semakin kompleks akibat globalisasi, disrupsi teknologi, dan perubahan pasar menuntut kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan efektif. Penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai gaya kepemimpinan yang mampu menghadapi ketidakpastian bisnis, dengan fokus pada kepemimpinan transformasional, situasional, dan adaptif. Studi literatur ini mengungkap bahwa pemimpin yang mampu berinovasi, mengambil keputusan berbasis data, serta membangun budaya organisasi yang fleksibel memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutan bisnis. Selain itu, kepemimpinan yang mendorong kolaborasi, komunikasi yang transparan, serta pengembangan sumber daya manusia terbukti meningkatkan ketahanan organisasi dalam menghadapi tantangan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi para pemimpin bisnis dalam merancang strategi kepemimpinan yang lebih responsif terhadap dinamika ketidakpastian.
