Model Spiral Integratif-Adaptif (SIA): Rekonstruksi Manajemen Strategik Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Mapalus

Manajemen strategik konvensional di lembaga pendidikan seringkali terjebak dalam model linear yang kaku dan administratif. Artikel konseptual ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan sebuah konstruksi baru yang disebut Model Spiral Integratif-Adaptif (SIA). Berbeda dengan model tradisional, SIA memandang strategi sebagai sebuah spiral evolusi yang berdenyut melalui empat fase utama: reflective sensing (pengindraan reflektif), harmonized design (rancangan selaras), agile execution (eksekusi tangkas), dan continuous learning (pembelajaran berkelanjutan). Model ini diintegrasikan dengan kearifan lokal Mapalus sebagai roh kolektivitas organisasi. Melalui metode kajian literatur dan sintesis teoretis, artikel ini memberikan kerangka operasional bagi praktisi untuk membangun organisasi yang lebih resilien. Hasil akhir menekankan bahwa efektivitas strategi ditentukan oleh kemampuan organisasi dalam melakukan resonansi kolektif yang adaptif terhadap disrupsi zaman.
