Pengaruh Supply Chain Management dan Manajemen Persediaan terhadap Perusahaan Ritel di Kota Makassar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Supply Chain Management dan manajemen persediaan terhadap efektivitas distribusi produk pada perusahaan ritel di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan ritel yang beroperasi di Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan responden yang terdiri dari manajer operasional, supervisor gudang, dan staf logistik. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Supply Chain Management berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas distribusi produk. Selain itu, manajemen persediaan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas distribusi produk. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut mampu meningkatkan efektivitas distribusi produk pada perusahaan ritel. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan rantai pasok yang baik serta pengendalian persediaan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja distribusi produk pada sektor ritel.
