Peran Literasi Digital dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru melalui Kompetensi di SMAN 06 Merangin Bangko

Kinerja guru menjadi salah satu indikator utama keberhasilan institusi pendidikan, sehingga faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya menjadi perhatian penting bagi peneliti, pembuat kebijakan, dan praktisi pendidikan. Penelitian ini meneliti peran literasi digital sebagai konstruk utama yang pengaruhnya dimediasi oleh kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 06 Merangin. Data dikumpulkan dari 63 guru dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (β = 0,424; t = 3,508; p < 0,000), menandakan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas pembelajaran. Selain itu, literasi digital juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi (β = 0,742; t = 17,281; p < 0,000), kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (β = 0,276; t = 2,180; p < 0,030), dan kompetensi memediasi hubungan antara literasi digital dan kinerja guru (β = 0,205; t = 2,093; p < 0,037). Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan literasi digital dan kompetensi guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia dan menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi sekolah dalam merancang intervensi terarah. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel lain seperti inovasi organisasi, komitmen kerja, kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi untuk pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor penentu kinerja guru.
