Implementasi Green Servant Leadership Terhadap Perilaku Pro-Lingkungan Karyawan di Sektor Perhotelan

Abstract


Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Bali meningkat signifikan pasca pandemi hingga mencapai 6,33 juta wisatawan mancanegara pada akhir tahun 2024 menandai kebangkitan sektor pariwisata Bali sekaligus menimbulkan tantangan bagi sektor perhotelan terkait peningkatan konsumsi sumber daya dan dampak lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Green Servant Leadership di sektor perhotelan, dengan fokus pada peran kepemimpinan berbasis pelayanan dalam mendorong perilaku pro-lingkungan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan data primer melalui observasi langsung dan kuesioner skala Likert terhadap karyawan hotel daerah Sanur,Bali. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis tematik dan statistik deskriptif, dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan uji korelasi dan Cronbach’s Alpha. Implementasi Green Servant Leadership di sektor perhotelan menunjukkan kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,44. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada pelayanan dan keberlanjutan lingkungan telah diintegrasikan dengan efektif dalam praktik manajerial di industri perhotelan.
