Manajemen Risiko Sosial di Kalangan Remaja: Strategi Pencegahan Pergaulan Bebas di Lingkungan Sekolah IT Widya Cendekia Kota Serang

Fenomena pergaulan bebas di kalangan remaja merupakan salah satu bentuk risiko sosial yang berdampak serius terhadap perkembangan karakter, moral, serta masa depan generasi muda. Sekolah sebagai institusi pendidikan formal memiliki peran strategis dalam mengantisipasi dan memitigasi risiko tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep manajemen risiko sosial di lingkungan sekolah, dengan fokus pada strategi pencegahan pergaulan bebas di Sekolah IT Widya Cendekia Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur sistematis terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan, termasuk teori manajemen risiko, pendekatan pendidikan karakter, serta praktik-praktik pencegahan perilaku menyimpang pada remaja. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen risiko sosial yang efektif mencakup tiga pendekatan utama: (1) identifikasi faktor risiko dan protektif di lingkungan sekolah dan keluarga, (2) penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman dan kearifan lokal, serta (3) kolaborasi antara pihak sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat dalam membangun lingkungan belajar yang sehat dan aman. Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pengembangan program mentoring, pembinaan keagamaan, serta kebijakan disiplin yang konsisten sebagai bagian dari strategi pencegahan. Implikasi dari hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi para pendidik dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang kebijakan dan program intervensi yang terintegrasi untuk menanggulangi pergaulan bebas di lingkungan pendidikan.
