Faktor-faktor Penentu Kepemimpinan Guru: Suatu Model konseptual

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor penentu kepemimpinan guru. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai studi kepustakaan dan dilaksanakan secara kolaborasi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode studi dokumentasi dan diolah dengan menggunakan metode analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat enam kategori faktor yang saling berinteraksi pengaruh dalam menentukan kepemimpinan guru, yaitu: spesifik personal, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah, iklim sekolah, hubungan, dan struktur. Masing-masing dari kategori faktor penentu mempunyai sub-sub faktor penentu yang berfungsi sebagai penunjang dan penghambat kepemimpinan guru. Hasil penelitian dibahas dalam kaitannya dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Pengujian terhadap faktor-faktor penentu kepemimpinan guru dapat dilakukan oleh peneliti lainnya dengan menerapkan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Ini dimaksudkan agar ditemukan faktor-faktor penentu dominan untuk digunakan sebagai masukan dalam menyusun kebijakan program pengembangan kepemimpinan guru.
