Pengaruh Organizational Commitment dan Training dalam meningkatkan Job Performance melalui Job Satisfaction Pada Sektor Industri Manufaktur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational commitment dan training terhadap job performance karyawan dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan sektor industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 170 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi job performance. Organizational commitment dan training terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction serta job performance. Selain itu, job satisfaction berperan sebagai mediator yang memperkuat pengaruh organizational commitment dan training terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dalam konteks industri manufaktur, peningkatan kinerja yang berkelanjutan memerlukan strategi terpadu melalui penguatan komitmen organisasi dan optimalisasi program pelatihan yang mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan secara konsisten.
