Peran Adopsi AI Dalam Memediasi Mindset Digital Terhadap Kompetensi Profesional Dosen

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mindset digital terhadap kompetensi profesional dosen melalui adopsi kecerdasan buatan (AI) pada dosen tetap di Kampus IT&B. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel yaitu dosen tetap sebanyak 51 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mindset digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adopsi AI dan kompetensi profesional dosen. Adopsi AI juga memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara mindset digital dan peningkatan kompetensi profesional dosen. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan mindset digital yang kuat dapat mempercepat adopsi AI yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dosen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah mendorong institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk membangun mindset digital yang kuat di kalangan dosen serta mendukung integrasi AI dalam proses pengajaran guna meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan kompetensi profesional dosen.
