Sinergi Kolaboratif antar Fungsi dan Jejaring Profesional sebagai Strategi MSDM dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Organisasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran sinergi kolaboratif antar fungsi organisasi dan jejaring profesional sebagai strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dalam meningkatkan kinerja individu maupun organisasi. Perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompleks, digitalisasi proses kerja, dan meningkatnya kebutuhan kolaborasi lintas disiplin menuntut organisasi untuk memperkuat integrasi fungsi serta mengembangkan jaringan profesional yang lebih adaptif dan dinamis. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada kerangka PRISMA untuk mengidentifikasi, menyaring, dan mensintesis literatur akademik terkait yang diterbitkan pada periode 2020–2025. Basis data Scopus digunakan sebagai sumber utama pencarian, dengan kriteria seleksi yang mencakup tema kolaborasi lintas fungsi, jejaring profesional, dan strategi MSDM berbasis kolaboratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi kolaboratif antar fungsi memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan efektivitas proses kerja, pengambilan keputusan, serta inovasi organisasi. Jejaring profesional—baik internal maupun eksternal—terbukti memperluas akses informasi, memperkuat kapabilitas pembelajaran organisasi, serta mendorong penciptaan pengetahuan baru yang relevan bagi pengembangan kapabilitas SDM. Selain itu, strategi MSDM berbasis kolaborasi mampu meningkatkan koordinasi strategis, mengurangi silo antar unit, dan mendukung terciptanya budaya kerja yang lebih adaptif, inklusif, dan responsif terhadap perubahan. Secara keseluruhan, telaah ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi kolaborasi lintas fungsi dan jejaring profesional merupakan elemen kunci dalam membangun MSDM strategis yang berorientasi pada kinerja berkelanjutan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi organisasi untuk merancang kebijakan MSDM yang lebih sinergis, berbasis data, dan berfokus pada penguatan kapabilitas kolaboratif guna meningkatkan daya saing jangka panjang.
