Evolusi Konsep Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Era Digitalisasi Organisasi : Systematic Literature Reserch

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis evolusi konsep dan praktik Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dalam era digitalisasi organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA terhadap 17 artikel dari jurnal bereputasi internasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan pergeseran peran MSDM dari fungsi administratif menuju peran strategis berbasis teknologi. Digitalisasi menuntut penguatan human capital, literasi digital, serta penerapan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Big Data dalam pengambilan keputusan sumber daya manusia. Evolusi MSDM di era digital bersifat adaptif dan inovatif, menekankan sinergi antara teknologi dan pengembangan manusia untuk mencapai keunggulan organisasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi penguatan kompetensi digital dan budaya kerja kolaboratif sebagai kunci keberhasilan transformasi SDM.
