Peran Trust dalam Memoderasi Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, dan Risk terhadap Intention to Use QRIS

Penelitian ini menganalisis niat adopsi QRIS pada Generasi Z di Kota Denpasar dengan menggunakan model TAM sebagai landasan teori yang mencakup Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Risk (PR), serta peran moderasi Trust. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dari 120 responden dan diolah dengan SEM-PLS (SmartPLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa PEOU berkolerasi positif signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use (β=0,290; p=0,000), sementara PR berpengaruh negatif signifikan (β=–0,147; p=0,045). Sebaliknya, PU tidak berkolerasi signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan (β=0,089; p=0,131). Uji moderasi mengindikasikan Trust memperlemah pengaruh PU terhadap niat (β interaksi=–0,191; p=0,004) dan menekan efek negatif PR (β interaksi=–0,181; p=0,010), tetapi tidak memoderasi hubungan PEOU dengan niat (β interaksi=–0,111; p=0,107). Model menjelaskan 37,3% variansi niat penggunaan. Temuan menegaskan bahwa persepsi kemudahan merupakan pendorong utama adopsi, sementara risiko yang dirasakan menurunkan minat, dan Trust berfungsi sebagai bantalan psikologis yang mengurangi dampak risiko sekaligus menggeser ketergantungan pada manfaat fungsional. Implikasi praktis menekankan pentingnya penyederhanaan antarmuka dan proses transaksi, penguatan fitur keamanan serta komunikasi keandalan sistem untuk meningkatkan niat penggunaan QRIS di kalangan pengguna muda.
