Transformasi Digital SDM dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Agilitas Karyawan pada UMKM di Kota Makassar

Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memperluas pemahaman tentang konsep Digital HRM dan Dynamic Capability Theory dengan menegaskan bahwa kemampuan digital organisasi menjadi katalis peningkatan agility individu. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku UMKM dan pemerintah daerah Makassar untuk memperkuat literasi digital SDM melalui program pelatihan, dukungan infrastruktur, dan penerapan sistem HR terintegrasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya riset lanjutan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor moderasi seperti gaya kepemimpinan dan kesiapan teknologi dalam konteks transformasi digital SDM di sektor UMKM.
